Ah!  It has been said, "A picture is worth a thousand words."  The picture above tells an all-to-familiar story.  I carefully chose this picture because of its ability to depict so well what we are experiencing in our culture with and between men and women both personally and socially.  As a retired high school counselor, I dealt with the 'fallout' that individuals, like each of the individuals in this scenario, and many similar scenarios, experienced.

 

First, let's examine each individual in this scenario.  We'll begin with the young woman on the right and give her the name, Rebecca.  While we'll deal with the young man, specifically, below, I need also to name him at this point for reference; we'll call him, Tim.  To be continued . . . .
